At the Senior Center
Head to the North Branford Senior Center on Monday, Jan. 30 for Puzzle Day.
At the Libraries
- Learn and Play on Monday, Jan. 30 and Thursday, Feb. 2 at 9:30 a.m. at the Family Resource Center
- Lunch & Learn on Tuesday, Jan. 31 at noon at Edward Smith Library
- Lego Club at the Smith Library on Tuesday, Jan. 31 at 3:30 p.m.
- Baby & Me on Wednesday, Feb. 1 at 10 a.m. at Atwater Memorial Library
- Stories & Craft on Wednesday, Feb. 1 at 6:30 p.m. at Edward Smith Library
More Fun for Kids
Check out the ceramics program at the Parks and Recreation Department on Wednesday, Feb. 1 where 3- to 5-year old crafters create a valentines piece for the love of their life.
On Thursday, Feb. 2, parents and their children are invited to The Nursery On Notch Hill for an Open House with Magic Show featuring The Amazing Andy! at 10:30 a.m.
Check Out the Rotary
North Branford Rotary Meetings are held every Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Nataz Restaurant & Catering.
Town Government
The Planning and Zoning Commission meets on Thursday, Feb. 2 at 7 p.m. at Town Hall.
A Glimpse of the Weekend
On Saturday, Feb. 4, happenings include North Branford Recycling Center's Monthly Recycling and several programs through the rec department including a bus trip to a UConn women's basketball game, tax clinic preparation, plus the start of new sessions of children's grappling, children's karate and Little Dragons.
The Rec Department is accepting registration for many different programs for children and adults. Here's a sampling of what's being offered.
