The North Branford 8U girls softball all-stars finished 4-1 in the round-robin coach pitch District 4 sectional all-star series. North Branford opened with a 14-13 loss to Orange before winning four straight, defeating Bethwood (combined Bethany-Woodridge team), 4-2; East Haven, 17-10; Annex, 8-4; and Milford, 8-2.
