The Connecticut Judicial Branch, in collaboration with the League of Women Voters, the Museum of Connecticut History and the Old State House is sponsoring “Day Trips with Kids” on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 and Thursday, August 9, 2012.
This is an opportunity for children and their parents to spend time exploring the seat of state government by visiting Connecticut’s Supreme Court, State Capitol, Legislative Office Building, the Museum of Connecticut History and Connecticut’s Old State House.
The program is recommended for children ages 8 and over. Information, including the schedule of tours, is available through the Judicial Branch’s website, www.jud.ct.gov, or by calling the External Affairs Division at 860-757-2270.
