Sometime during the overnight of Feb. 8 to 9, a thief decided he liked the looks of the butterfly chair fabricated by our company, Ironclad Metalworks, Inc, enough to take it but not enough to pay for it.
The chair sat under our sign out on Route 80 at the corner of the Bobby's Pizza plaza for the better part of a year, chained up for protection. Bolt cutters took care of that.
We want our chair back and are pleading for our fellow townspeople to keep an eye out if you happen to see it suddenly show up in someone's yard our if you had happened to notice anyone parked near it as you were driving down Route 80 during that night.
It weighs about 200 pounds, is gray in color with yellow trim and would fit into a truck or van.
