Get Your Girl Scout Cookies Today!

The Girl Scouts have certainly been a busy bunch lately. National Girl Scout Week was earlier this month and local scouts attended the March 5 North Branford Town Council meeting to hear a proclamation read by Mayor Anthony Candelora.

And of course, who can think of Girl Scouts without thinking of Samoas, Thin Mints and other Girl Scout cookie favorites. Local troops received their annual shipment of Girl Scout cookies and have been distributing their orders. 

If you didn't place an order, you still have a chance to pick up a box or two of your favorite flavor as Daisy Troop 67121 will be selling cookies today at North Branford's Atwater Library from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. If supplies last, the Daisies will return to the Atwater for another cookie sale on Saturday, March 23. 

And, according to Country Paint and Hardware's Facebook page, Girl Scout Troops 60795 and 62129 will be selling "some pretty good cookies" at Country Paint and Hardware from noon to 4 p.m. today and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 17.
