NB Hockey Skates Past Hall/Southington to Earn Eighth Victory!

North Branford T-Birds' hockey defeated Hall/Southington 6-3 to earn their eighth straight win! Alec Martone, Nick Taylor, Dylan Podbielski, and Nik Castaldi all had goals. This was a very physical game with lots of intensity and momentum throughout. North Branford now has a 10-2 record.

After the first period, Hall/Southington had a 1-0 lead, but in the second period the T-Birds came out very strong and scored three goals. In the third period, the T-Birds added another 3 goals to come out with a 6-3 victory!!

On Wednesday, Jan. 30, the T-Birds take on long-time rivalry Branford at the Northford Ice Pavillion at 8:30pm. This is sure to be a exciting game, Branford has a record of 4-5-2. This is a conference game, the T-Birds currently stand at 3-0 in the Southern Conference and are looking to remain undefeated in the conference. They were also the New Haven Register's team of the week this week.
