The North Branford T-Birds hockey team recently lost their game against Amity with a score of 2-5. Mark Russo and Dylan Podbielski scored goals, the T-Birds currently stand at a record of 11-7-1. Cameron Reshotnik, Nick Pascarelli, and Mark Russo played very well offensively against Amity and Kyle Saroka had many great saves.After the first period of the game the score was 1-2 Amity was ahead after the second period the score was 2-4. The season is coming to an end for the T-Birds with just one regular season game to go. The T-Birds take on Guilford in East Haven at 8:00pm this is also a SCC conference game for the T-Birds. Guilford currently stands at a record of 11-6-2. Pairings for the state tournament will be announced on the CIAC website at 11:00am.
