70 Degrees Possible Monday

Temperatures will slowly moderate throughout the week before peaking on Monday. Expect well above normal temperatures for your Monday, with 70 degrees not out the question.

A storm system will pass just to our south today, giving us a very slight chance for an afternoon sprinkle. A new storm system will be developing in the central plains on Saturday giving us a chance at some light rain showers Sunday night. Temperatures really begin to warm up for your Monday. We may hit 70 degrees!

Today: Mostly cloudy skies with a very slight chance for an afternoon sprinkle. Any precipitation will be very light. High in the low-50s. Overnight lows in the mid-30s.

Saturday: Expect partly cloudy skies. Temperatures will be moderating slightly into the upper-50s to near 60 degrees.

Sunday: Clouds will be on the increase for your Sunday with some light rain expected for the evening and into the overnight. Temperatures will be warm; climbing into the low-60s.

Monday: Partly to mostly cloudy and quite warm. Daytime high possibly pushing into the low-70s. Overnight lows also on the warm side in the upper-40s.

Tuesday: Increasing cloudiness with light rain expected overnight. Continued warm temperatures with daytime highs in the mid-60s.
