Today is National School Nurse Day and North Branford Patch caught up with the nurses that take care of North Branford's children while they're at school to see what they like most about their job–and it all came down to one thing, working with the children.
Maureen Doran works at and has been there for one year, but she is no stranger to the North Branford school system as she worked at Stanley T. Williams for four years before that. Denise Judelson has been at for a year, but she also has worked in the school system.
At Roxanne Hindinger is the school nurse and has worked there for five years. Joanne Palmieri has been a fixture at for more than two decades.
