You read the headlines all the time, but now you can hear directly from the source exactly how North Branford and the state as a whole is faring. The North Branford Chamber of Commerce is having a talk with State Sen. Ed Meyer, state Rep. Vincent Candelora, Mayor Anthony Candelora and others.

Ice Time

The has open skating every day of the week. On Monday-Friday, anyone can skate from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. On Saturday, open time is 3:45 p.m.-5:15 p.m. On Sunday the hours are 1 p.m.-2:30 p.m. and 3-4:30 p.m. 

'North Branford's Got Talent'

Students at North Branford High School are showing off a variety of skills on Friday at a The event is sponsored by the music department and proceeds help students attend a 2013 competition in Virginia Beach. 

Tickets for the March 2 show are $8 and the event begins at 7 p.m.
