Rainy Week Ahead

A series of storm systems will give us a chance at rain 4 out of 5 days this week.

A warm front is currently pushing through, giving us the early morning rain showers. The same storm system’s cold front will make its way through North Branford Tuesday afternoon, giving us another shot at some moderate to heavy rain. Additionally, a weak low pressure system will follow right behind it, giving us a chance at some light rain showers on Wednesday. More rain is forecast for your Friday.

Today: Morning rain showers will move out leaving lingering cloudiness with a few breaks of sunshine. High in the low-50s. Overnight lows will be on the mild side, only dipping a few degrees to near 50.

Tuesday: Rain, may be heavy at times during the late morning. High in the upper-50s. Look for some late afternoon clearing with overnight lows near the freezing mark.
