Thinking about trying 9Round but maybe a bit nervous to step into a gym with a bunch of hanging boxing bags and other equipment? Well, you shouldn't feel nervous at all - BUT if you do, we are having a "First Timer Saturday" this Saturday, February 23 between 1PM and 4PM. This time will only be available for first timers to try the workout - no current members please!
We get many questions about having no boxing or kickboxing experience. Don't worry! We'll teach you everything you need to know, and you'll be throwing uppercuts and hitting the speed bag like a champ in no time! It's a great, non intimidating, addicting 30-minute workout and super fun!
