Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular, 10 p.m., CBS

“The Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra performs and accompanies the magnificent fireworks that conclude the annual celebration and ceremony.” It’s like First Night, except with beer.

Final Witness, 10 p.m., ABC

Ok, this show has got to go: “The love affair between an Iraq war veteran and his free-spirited girlfriend implodes when he gives in to his inner demons.”
