He sees dead people. Even though he’s not dead yet (Monty Python reference). Not sure where they think they may take this concept – kind of like Awake, which started out great and quickly became not-so-great. But we’ll see.

Take Me Out, 8 p.m., Fox

Finally! A dating reality show that doesn’t pretend it is interested in marriage! In this, 30 women are just looking for a good time – a hook up, if you will. Thank you Fox! Bring on the ewwww!

 The Choice, 9 p.m., Fox

And if that doesn’t seem irrelevant enough, try this “celebrity” dating show on for size: According to EW.com, “singer Joe Jonas, actor Dean Cain, fashion model Tyson Beckford, former American Idol star Taylor Hicks, Jersey Shore stars Pauly D and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, chef Rocco Dispirito, TV personality Rob Kardashian, former NFL star Warren Sapp and more. The female celebrities include actress Carmen Electra and model Hope Dworaczyk. In each episode, four celebrities sit in spinning chairs and listen to non-famous prospective dates pitch themselves. Over the course of three rounds, the contestant pool is paired down until each celebrity has chosen their date for the evening.” This has already numbed my mind just reading this so I choose to focus on the fact that Cat Deeley is the host!
