Chief confirmed that a tanker spilled about 75 gallons of fluosilicic acid at the RWA facility. North Branford officials are currently waiting for an environmental contractor to lead clean-up operations.
No injuries were reported in the incident.

There are reports of a fluoride spill from a tanker at the Regional Water Authority facility located at 765 Foxon Rd. in North Branford and that an evacuation is underway.
