North Branford Police Arrests for Oct. 16 to Oct. 21

Jessica M. McLain, 24, of Parsonage Hill Road in North Branford, was charged Oct. 20 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive in a proper lane. She is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 30. Arresting officer: Brian R. Hannon.
Luciano O. Hurtado, 37, of Race Hill Road in Madison, was charged Oct. 21 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive in a proper lane. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 31. Arresting officer: David P. Sheehan.
Dionna Sergi, 18, of David Road in Durham, was charged Oct. 21 with use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia with more than half an ounce of cannabis and possession of a controlled substance or more than 4 ounces of marijuana. She is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 1. Arresting officer: Massimo D. Piroli.
