James Rapuano, 30, of Maple Street, Branford, was charged with second-degree larceny and fifth-degree larceny at 11:55 a.m. on Aug. 18. His court date was set for Aug. 28. Arresting officer: R. Deko
Robert Miller, 18, of Glenwood Road, North Branford, was charged with failure to have two head lamps and operation while under the influence at 1:45 a.m. on Aug. 19. His court date was set for Aug. 29. Arresting officer: M. Piroli
