Stephanie Harvey, 31, of Seneca Drive, Meriden, was charged with second-degree failure to appear at 12:27 a.m. on Sept. 6. Her court date was set for Sept. 16. Arresting officer: M. Piroli
Adam Bernard, 22, of Roger Road, New Haven, was charged with use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia with <1/2 ounce cannabis and possession of a controlled substance or <4 ounces marijuana at 3:56 a.m. on Sept. 7. His court date was set for Sept. 20. Arresting officer: T. Pacelli
Carolann Mansfield, 46, address unknown, New Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear at 10:52 p.m. on Sept. 7. Her court date was set for Sept. 9. Arresting officer: C. Miserendino
Dillon Cofarelli, 20, of Village Street, Northford, was charged with second-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny at 7:05 p.m. on Sept. 10. His court date was set for Sept. 19. Arresting officer: R. Stimpson
