Cruz was arrested again on Sept. 6 by North Branford police who had obtained an additional warrant after verifying that the 30 gift cards totaling $1,275 reportedly found in her possession at the time of her original arrest–four of which had already been redeemed–were, in fact, stolen.

Cruz was charged with 30 counts of sixth-degree larceny. She was processed and released after posting a $15,000 bond. Her next court date is Sept. 20.
