Police Blotter: April 11 to 16

The following arrest information was supplied by the North Branford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Larceny and Forgery

James Christopher Riley, 38, of Orange Street, New Haven, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery at 9:14 a.m. on April 12.

Simple Trespass

Shane Gallo, 21, of Peck Avenue, West Haven, was charged with simple trespass at 6:01 p.m. on April 13.

Disorderly Conduct

Debra A. Banti, 45, of Branford Road, North Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct at 2:40 a.m. on April 14.

Under the Influence

Andrew Riggott, 28, of Ten Acre Road, Middletown, was charged with operation under the influence and improper passing/safe distance cutting in at 1:25 p.m. on April 14.


Jeffrey P. Prusinski, 29, of Foote Hill Road, Northford, was charged with travel too fast for conditions and evading at 1:12 a.m. on April 15.
