James Christopher Riley, 38, of Orange Street, New Haven, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery at 9:14 a.m. on April 12.

Andrew Riggott, 28, of Ten Acre Road, Middletown, was charged with operation under the influence and improper passing/safe distance cutting in at 1:25 p.m. on April 14.

Evading

Jeffrey P. Prusinski, 29, of Foote Hill Road, Northford, was charged with travel too fast for conditions and evading at 1:12 a.m. on April 15.
