You've got a few grammar errors in this story: omitted articles, subject/verb agreement; I'll let you find them. Also in your third bit about the marijuana cultivation arrests, were the homeowners growing marijuana plants or are they accused of growing marijuana plants? If they are found not guilty, their next action might be a civil case!

Can you just read an article and stop acting like an english major/legal researcher wanna be? You never say anything positive. Maybe you should get a job there so that your work could be critiqued as well, or if it bothers you, stop reading it I guess. Just saying.

SD345 - Oh, please dear! I've got news for you: the Supreme Court has roundly rejected prior restraint! I got buddies who died face-down in the muck so you and I could enjoy this family website! So I won't stand idly by while people who haven't been convicted of crimes are reported to have been; our esteemed editor agrees as she has corrected her copy to reflect this. That said, you're right. I'll ease back on the grammar and syntax stuff; it's more my problem than yours'. And I mean the royal your - I'm not talking about you alone here, SD345
