• Andrew Butterworth, 20, of Bayard Avenue, North Haven, was charged with possession of liquor by a minor in public or private location other than street at 1:26 a.m. on Aug. 17.
• Allison Doheny, 20, of Green Hill Road, North Haven, was charged with possession of liquor by a minor in public or private location other than street at 1:26 a.m. on Aug. 17.
• Marquis Goodwin, 20, of Beechwood Drive, North Haven, was charged with possession of liquor by a minor in public or private location other than street at 1:26 a.m. on Aug. 17.
• Hayrullah Gozcu, 20, of Noble Street, West Haven, was charged with possession of liquor by a minor in public or private location other than street at 1:26 a.m. on Aug. 17.
• Erica Markle, 20, of Bluff View Road, Guilford, was charged with possession of liquor by a minor in public or private location other than street at 1:26 a.m. on Aug. 17.
• Austin Mipmina, 19, of Mill Road, North Branford, was charged with possession of liquor by a minor in public or private location other than street at 1:26 a.m. on Aug. 17.
• Lindsay White, of West Lake Avenue, Guilford, was charged with possession of liquor by a minor in public or private location other than street at 1:26 a.m. on Aug. 17.

Under the Influence

Brian Sica, 18, of Stonehedge Drive, North Haven, was charged with operation while under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane (multi-lane highway) at 1:37 a.m. on Aug. 17.

Cruelty to Animals

Crystal Kelly, 31, of Poplar Street, New Haven, was charged with cruelty to animals at 3 p.m. on Aug. 17.

Violation of Protective Order

Carol Ritchie, 45, of Hyla Lane, Northford, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order at 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 17.
