Gretchen R. Flanagan, 34, of Middletown Avenue, North Branford, was charged with interfering with an officer and assault on a police officer, firefighter or EMS at 3:15 a.m. on Feb. 13. Her court date was set for Feb. 20. Arresting officer: B. Hannon
Shawna Barker, 26, of Branford Road, North Branford, was charged with operation while under the influence at 4:07 a.m. on Feb. 16. Her court date was set for Feb. 26. Arresting officer: M. Bernardo
