Police Blotter: Larceny, Assault and Criminal Trespass

Wednesday, March 23

Sammy Cruz, 29, of 260 Davenport Ave., New Haven, was arrested for third-degree criminal trespass, criminal attempt to sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 12 p.m. His court date is set for April 6.

Luis Rafael Serrano, 24, of 312 Davenport Ave., New Haven, was arrested for third-degree criminal trespass, criminal attempt to sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 12 p.m. His court date is set for April 6.

Thursday, March 24

Thomas G. Sabetta, 19, of 50 Ric Court, North Branford was arrested for use and possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, less than 4 ounces of marijuana, and second-degree unlawful restraint at 11:30 p.m. His court date is set for April 6.

Friday, March 25

Richard D. Sapia, 46, of 5 Prospect St., Old Lyme, was arrested for sixth-degree larceny at 5:21 p.m. His court date is set for April 5. 

Saturday, March 26

Peter Struk, 18, of 27 Sunnyside Dr., Northford, was arrested for use and possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, less than 4 ounces of marijuana, at 12:17 a.m. His court date is set for April 5.

Tuesday, March 29

August M. Griffing, 50, of 33 Burr Hill Road, North Branford, was arrested for disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 8:29 p.m. His court date was set for March 30.

Patricia Griffing, 41, of 33 Burr Hill Rd., North Branford, was arrested for disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 8:29 p.m. Her court date was set for March 30.

John William Kennedy, 25, of 14 Hampton Pl., Branford, was arrested for first-degree criminal trespass at 5 p.m. His court date is set for April 12.

Sharon A. Kohary, 27, of 30 Mansfield Dr., #13, Northford, was arrested for violation of probation or other conditional charge at 3:13 a.m. Her court date is set for April 11.
