Ellen Herry, 57, of Pine Orchard Road, Branford, was charged with operation while under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane (multi-lane highway) and failure to have headlights lit/devices illuminated at 1:35 a.m. on March 2. Her court date was set for March 13. Arresting officer: Hannon
Michael Horr, 44, of South Juniper, Philadelphia (PA), was charged with use and possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics, possession of controlled substance and simple trespass at 5:46 a.m. on March 4. His court date was set for March 14. Arresting officer: Cunningham

Gianna Petrillo, 19, of Coe Avenue, East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and threatening at 9:25 a.m. on March 5. Her court date was set for March 19. Arresting officer: Hannon
