Taylor Poulton, 18, of Orchard Court, Hamden, was charged with failure to keep drugs in original container, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal manufacturing, distribution or sale of cannabis or controlled substance, illegal manufacturing, distribution or sale by non drug-dependent, possession of hallucinogen and possession of alcohol by a minor on a public street or highway at 1:08 a.m. on March 29. His court date was set for April 10. Arresting officer: Christopher P. Miserendino
Tyler Rodelsturtz, 19, of Buckingham Lane, North Haven, was charged with unsafe backing, failure to keep drugs in original container, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal manufacturing, distribution or sale of cannabis or controlled substance, illegal manufacturing, distribution or sale by non drug-dependent, possession of hallucinogen and possession of alcohol by a minor on a public street or highway at 1:08 a.m. on March 29. Charles Arthur Weber, 18, of Mulberry Lane, Orange, was charged with failure to keep drugs in original container, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal manufacturing, distribution or sale of cannabis or controlled substance, illegal manufacturing, distribution or sale by non drug-dependent, possession of hallucinogen and possession of alcohol by a minor on a public street or highway at 1:08 a.m. on March 29. John Owens, 44, of Bittersweet Circle, Guilford, was charged with reckless driving at 2:52 p.m. on March 29. His court date was set for April 5. Arresting officer: C. Lemmons
