Terry Blumell, 53, of Woodland Street, New Haven, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny at 6:30 p.m. on May 12.

Reckless Driving

Randy Willis, 18, of Totoket Road, North Branford, was charged with reckless driving at 2:26 p.m. on May 14.

Evading, etc.

Paul L. Fiorentino, 52, of Salem Street, Northford, was charged with evading, driving right-hand lane and failure to notify of change of address at 5:50 p.m. on May 14.

Harassment

Andre D. Allen, 21, of Blatchley Avenue, New Haven, was charged with second-degree harassment at 12:12 a.m. on May 15.
