Joseph Osterberg, 24, of Mountain View Terrace, Northford, was charged with possession of controlled substance or < 4 ounces of marijuana at 3:37 a.m. on Nov. 22.
Under the Influence
Michelle K. Bender, 49, of Whitman Avenue, Hartford, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane (multi-lane highway), failure to obey control signal and operation while under the influence at 1:02 a.m. on Nov. 25, 2012.
