Kirk M. Karge, 40, of Foxon Road, North Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 2:34 a.m. on Sept. 1.

Aaron Torres, 27, of Williams Street, West Haven, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane (multi-lane highway), operating motor vehicle without a license and operation while under the influence at 2:17 a.m. on Sept. 3.
