Possession of Narcotics, Paraphernalia, Etc.
Michael Golia, 39, of Donna Road, East Haven, was charged with use and possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal manufacturing/distribution/sale by non drug-dependent and possession of narcotics at 1:40 p.m. on Sept. 21.

Breach of Peace
Susan Allspaugh, 49, of Branford Road, North Branford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 8:08 p.m. on Sept. 27.

Under the Influence, Possession of Cannabis, Etc.
Stephen J. Palmieri, 21, of Whitney Court, Middletown, was charged with operation while under the influence, failure to drive right (except wide load vehicles), failure to drive reasonable distance apart and possession of <½ ounce cannabis-type substance (first offense) at 10:51 p.m. on Sept. 27.
