Failure to Appear
Richard J. Mariano, 31, of Demalo Drive, Milford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear at 3:31 p.m on Sept. 29.

Under the Influence
Preston Myers, 48, of Main Street, East Haven, was charged with operation while under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane (multi-lane highway) and failure to have tail lamps or illuminate marker plate at 12:21 a.m. on Oct. 1.

Larceny
James Cuneo, 44, of Village Circle, Hamden, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 8:08 a.m. on Oct. 2.
