We're all about the dots this week! In honor of International Dot Day (did you know there's a ?), we're asking our town officials, including , what their favorite childhood book was.

In addition to Spot the Dot, community members can also . The Dot by Peter H. Reynolds encourages people to "be brave enough" to make their mark. Gery has already shared a picture of something she is proud to have created.

North Branford Patch: What's new in your department? 
Gery: Our Fall/Winter Brochure is! The brochure is an insert inside the that came out on Friday, September 7.

North Branford Patch: What's something residents need to know?  
Gery: We have a new event scheduled on Saturday, October 20 called BARK IN THE PARK! This event is a Dog Park Committee. We will have a Pet Costume Parade, Dog Frisbee Show, Vendors, Music and check out these contests: Best Smile, Best Kisser, Best Trick, Waggiest Tail, Smallest, Largest, Furriest and the dog with the Biggest Ears!  If you would like to donate toward the park, visit www.northbranfordunleashed.com and click on contribute and you can donate on-line. If you would like to volunteer or join the committee, please call my office at 203-315-6017.
