More Jurors Excused With Peremptory Challenges
Komisarjevsky jury remains at two men, three women.
Defense attorneys and prosecutors each used a peremptory challenge on Wednesday to excuse jurors during jury selection for the trial of the second Cheshire home invasion defendant, Joshua Komisarjevsky.
That means the defense has used 15 of its 40 challenges and the prosecution has used 11, according to a source close to the proceedings.
No jurors were chosen today for the jury, however, the source said.

Komisarjevsky faces the death penalty if convicted for the triple homicide in 2007 of Jennifer Hawke-Petit and her two daughters at their Cheshire home during a home invasion robbery.
So far, two men and three women have been chosen for the jury. The trial is scheduled to begin in September and might take as long as three months.
