Citizens Energy "Joe 4 Oil" Program
The Citizens Energy "Joe 4 Oil" program has started and it runs until the first week in March. One delivery of 100 gallons for those consumers Citizen's Energy approves.
Operation Fuel
Operation Fuel is a program, separate from Energy Assistance, that assist persons to offset the cost of their heating bill or electric non heat bill. You must apply for Energy Assistance first. Once you have utilized all of the benefits with Energy Assistance then you may apply for Operation Fuel.
