North Branford's interim , , shares the weekly report for the week ending Aug. 24, 2012. Some highlights from the report include:

  • Updates from the fire department, Planning and Zoning Commission, police department and Department of Social Services about happenings in their departments.
  • Information about SCRCOG's $645,000 received in grants, including details of the grant awards.
  • "Everything Small Town" has a Facebook page that focuses on "anything and everything related to the world of America's more than 30,000 smaller communities."
  • Lots of project updates with the Cedar Lake water main extension (bid was awarded), Swajchuk Park (light are up!), Amato's demolition (bid opening is today, Aug. 27) and NBIS renovations and NBHS roof.
