Some highlights from the report include:

  • Therrien thanks staff, volunteers and residents during her tenure as the town's interim town manager. Therrien will stay on through at least Wednesday as Mike Paulhus transitions to North Branford's new town manager.
  • North Branford Little League's opening day is April 27 from 9 a.m. to noon at the new Wall Field at Swajchuk Park.
  • Meetings this week include Economic Development Commission, Parks and Recreation and Republican Committee on Monday, April 15; Town Council followed by Budget Workshop on Tuesday, April 16; Budget Workshop, if necessary, on Wednesday, April 17; and Planning and Zoning on Thursday, April 18.

  • Information from Branford Animal Control regarding calls responded to in North Branford.

These reports are sent to the Town Council, town staff and the media each week. They will also be posted on the town's website. Residents can request to be added to the email distribution list as well by emailing Gina Cox at executivesecretary@townofnorthbranfordct.com.

Therrien was named North Branford's interim town manager at the July 10 Town Council meeting after the town made an "amicable split" with former town manager Richard Branigan.
