State Rep. Endorses Shays for Senate
As a State Representative of East Haven, North Branford and Wallingford, I express my support for Christopher Shays for U.S. Senate.
On Aug. 14, both the Democrat and Republican parties will hold primaries for United States Senate.
It gives me great pleasure to support Christopher Shays in the Republican primary.
A lot is at stake in this election, and Connecticut needs to send a battle-tested fiscal conservative to Washington to take on the establishment. Christopher has demonstrated the courage and integrity needed to do just that, and he is the perfect leader to take this country in a new direction.
Christopher Shays has a solid record that includes balancing the federal budget, reforming welfare, supporting the Bush Tax Cuts, and has a proven record of winning elections against tough challengers.
He is the only candidate that has a plan to grow the economy and has the guts and experience to get it implement it.
The choice is clear in the Republican Primary, and I hope you will join me in supporting Christopher Shays on August 14 in the Republican Primary.
