Coming Up This Week for North Branford High School Sports: Nov. 1 to Nov. 5
With some snow still on the ground, this week's schedule could still be up in the air.
The boys' soccer team and the volleyball team finished their seasons last week. The field hockey team is slated to take on Westbrook in the regular-season finale today and then, along with the cross-country squads and girls' soccer team, looks forward to postseason competition. The girls' soccer team will get warmed up for states in the Shoreline Conference Tournament, which begins this week.
The football team recently knocked off previously undefeated Cromwell and still has four regular-season games left with its eye on a spot in the state tournament.
