FRESHMAN ORIENTATION PROGRAM TO BE HELD AT NORTH BRANFORD HIGH SCHOOL
A two-day program of freshman orientation will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 22 (8:45-Noon) and on Thursday, August 23 (8:15-1:30) at North Branford High School.
The program includes a field trip to Deer Lake, in Killingworth, for a series of activities promoting leadership, cooperation, teamwork, and trust. For those students participating, we plan to distribute schedules. The agenda is as follows:

AUDITORIUM LOBBY AREA

8:45 Registration in the lobby of the auditorium. Students should be dropped off at the main entrance with the permission slips for the 23th .
AUDITORIUM
9:00-l0:30 Welcome and Motivational Speaker
10:30-Noon Meet with student mentors, distribution of schedules with room numbers/teachers, tour school & assistance with high school layout.
Noon Pick-up at the Auditorium Entrance
Thursday, August 23 (8:15-1:30)
NBHS MAIN ENTRANCE AREA
8:15 Check-In/registration at the entrance area
8:30 SHARP Busses depart for Deer Lake
9:00-12:30 Activities
12:30-1:00 Lunch provided (no cost to students)
1:00-1:30 Transport back to NBHS
1:30 Pick up at Main entrance area NBHS
All parents/guardians of incoming freshman students will be mailed additional information.
