Meet Kyle Saroka, Valedictorian of NBHS's Class of 2013

Kyle Saroka shares some of the keys to his academic success as North Branford High School's valedictorian.


As we count down to graduation on Tuesday, June 25 for North Branford High School's Class of 2013, we're taking some time to get to know some of the top students of the graduating class

Today, meet Kyle Saroka, the valedictorian of the Class of 2013, who tells us a little about his journey to being the T-Birds' top graduate.

What activities were you involved in throughout high school? I participated in ice hockey and ultimate frisbee. I was a member of student council and Interact Club. I'm also president of national honor society. 

What was your favorite subject? Math

Who was your favorite/most influential teacher?
 Mrs. Wootton

What are your future plans?
 I'm going to Bentley University to study finance.

What is the key to your success? Myhard work and dedication as well as great support from my family and friends.

Is there anyone you would like to thank? My mom because she was always the one pushing me to be the best I could be and without her, I wouldn't have made it to where I am.

What will you miss about NBHS? The thing I'll miss most about high school is seeing my friends every day.
