Fairfield University has announced that the following local residents have been named to the Dean's List for the spring 2012 semester:

- Michael Reilly, a resident of North Branford
- Thomas Trapani, a resident of Northford
- Kathryn Gargiulo, a resident of North Branford
- Lindsay Maurer, a resident of Northford
- Sheila McCarthy, a resident of North Branford
Fairfield University, a comprehensive Jesuit university in Fairfield, Connecticut, challenges its students to lead inspired lives of leadership and service. To be selected for the Dean's List, a student must attain a grade point average of at least 3.5, of a possible 4.0.
