The town's registrars are responsible for the administration of all elections including primaries, general elections, and special town referenda. The office is largely governed by the state. Polling places are located at Jerome Harrison Elementary School (District 1) and Totoket Valley Elementary School (District 2) and are open from 6 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Election Day. Applications for absentee ballots are available at the town clerk's office.
