Shoreline MIECHV is a program by the East Shore District Health Department.

MIECHV stands for Maternal Infant Early Childhood Home Visiting Program.

Hector began working for the health department in 2013. He is a Bilingual Home Visitor for Fathers. His previous experience was in the Early Childhood education field as a Pre-K assistant teacher; He also has over 10 years of experience working with teenagers and young adults as a peer/mentor in various programs and is still currently doing so. He has a high interest in the arts and his hobbies include building websites, designing graphics and creating positive music.
