Open Your Heart, Help the Community, Inc is holding a Holiday Craft Fair to help raise funds for the medical care of Jack Hanson.  Jack was born October 24, 2009 with a rare congenital heart defect which will require extensive medical treatment.  This event will showcase handcrafted and gift items from various vendors along with baked goods, sweet treats and much more.  Get a jump start on your holiday shopping and help us to help Jack!  For more info call Suzy @ 203-619-1407 or email openyourheart09@aol.com
