Bishop's Orchards Offers Shares of Season's Produce

Pay in advance for 20 weeks of fresh-picked fruit and vegetables with much of the produce coming from Northford's Cecarelli Farms.

Residents again have the opportunity to sign up for weekly boxes of farm-fresh produce through Bishop's Orchard’s community supported agriculture (CSA) program.

According to an article in the New Haven Register, much of the produce will come from Cecarelli Farms in , grown especially for the Bishop Orchard’s CSA program.

For a prepaid season share costing $600 designed for a family of three or four, or half share option costing $400, customers may come once a week between June 12 and Oct. 25 (20 weeks) and pick up a box of fresh-picked fruit and vegetables.
