Deadly Seas, 9 p.m., Discovery

“The deadly North Atlantic Sea has claimed the lives of 165 people in the last 10 years; the dangers of scallop-dredging.” 165 divided by 10 actually doesn’t sound too bad, does it?

Randy To The Rescue, 10 p.m., TLC

“Randy finds a gown to flaunt Megan's newly slim figure; Mackenzie wants a princess ball gown; Mara wants to honor her mother and grandmother.” I love how they give us the synopsis like we know these people – “Oh, Mara! How is she doing these days?”
