Woman Arrested for Hosting Underage Drinking Party

Twenty-two underage revelers and a woman were cited after police busted a loud Halloween party on 752 Totoket Rd. According to the North Branford Police Department, when they first arrived they saw two reportedly drunken girls in need of medical help sitting on the front lawn in Halloween costumes. They were taken away in ambulances.

Inside, police found homeowner Maria Andrecheck, 49, and arrested her for failure to halt possession of alcohol by minors. The 22 youths were issued infractions for possession of alcohol by a minor. They were released to their parents.
