Attorneys Seek to Pick 12th Komisarjevsky Juror
Jury currently consists of seven women and four men.
Jury selection will resume today for the Joshua Komisarjevsky trial with attorneys seeking to choose the 12th regular juror.
Komisarjevsky, the second Cheshire home invasion defendant, faces the death penalty for his part in the 2007 triple homicide of Jennifer Hawke-Petit and her daughters, Hayley and Michaela.
Defense lawyers and prosecutors selected the 10th and 11th jurors last week. They must choose 12 regular jurors, six alternate jurors and three backup alternates.
