3 Questions for Director of Libraries Bob Hull: Aug. 23

The North Branford libraries offer more than just books. Bob Hull fills us in with this week's 3 Questions.

In addition to the regular questions of 'What's new in your department?' and 'What's something residents should know?,' this week North Branford Patch is already thinking about  (sorry kids!). We ask our town officials, including Director of Libraries Bob Hull, what their favorite subject in school was when they were growing up.

North Branford Patch: What's new in your department?
Hull: At the and libraries, we just finished very successful summer reading programs for children and adults. Well more than 400 kids participated. For the Atwater adult summer reading, please remember to get your entries in for the drawing by Aug. 31. (The prize is a $50 gift certificate for Aqua on the Water Restaurant in Clinton.)

North Branford Patch: What's something residents need to know?
Hull: Each month, the Friends of the Library sponsor "Ask A Lawyer," a program from the New Haven Bar Association. Residents can come for a free 15-minute legal consultation. "Ask A Lawyer" is set for the Atwater Library on Aug. 29 and at the Smith Library on Sept. 26, from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
