How many pounds of potatoes were used last year?

The closest number without going over (think 'Price is Right') by tomorrow at 12 p.m. will be rewarded with a certificate for a baked potato at the Rec Department's corn and potato booth.

Good guesses folks, but Megan Poston's on Facebook was the closest...She guessed 3,000...but it was still a ways off--last year's fest used 4,250 pounds of potatoes!
